Grayson Real Estate

Present day Grayson was initially inhabited by the Lower Creek Indians. The Indians primarily used the land for hunting and villages. The rich history of Grayson can be found on the names of schools, roads, buildings and churches.

Today Grayson is a thriving area with a small-town feel and big-city access. Grayson is located in South Gwinnett County and is approximately 25 miles from Atlanta. Highways 316, 78 and 20 primarily service Grayson commuters.
