This is the second year in a row for John Wieland to receive this prestigious award. J D Power uses nine factors to evaluate home builders: Builder’s Sales Staff, Builder’s warranty/customer service staff, workmanship and materials, price to value ratio, home readiness, construction manager, recreational facilities provided by the builder, Builder’s design center and location.
