What is the average property taxes in this area.

Hi Bob,

You can use a general rule of thumb for getting a close guess for property taxes by taking the sale price and multipling by .0125. I hope this helps. Feel free to contact me and I will help you get a better idea of property taxes for this area.

What is the phone number to the subdivision or the managing office? I need information on Waste removal company.

Hi Tony. The subdivision is sold out but you can try this number 404-456-3176. Hope that helps.

Very nice homes. Can you tell me whether the community is generally tolerant of motorcycles? Is lawn care the responsibility of the homeowner? Thank you.

Mark, I don’t think there is a motorcycle issue in the subdivision as long as it is within good taste. If there was a huge group of Harley’s with the baffles removed that was constantly cruising the neighborhood, that may be a different story.

As far as I know the lawn care is the responsibility of the home owner.

Thank you for your reply. We do own a Harley with the typical Harley sound, but “a huge group of Harleys with the baffles removed constantly cruising the neighborhood” would bother us as much as anyone.

And I’m glad to hear lawn care is the responsibility of the home owner.

Hi Mark. I am a Harley owner also, 2003 100th Anniversary Heritage Softtail. I am looking to sell mine so if you know anyone looking, let me know. I just don’t have the time to ride. Fortunately business is good.

what is the number of the homeowners assocation for Cresswell? We are homeowners in the subdivision and don’t have the current number of the association. Thanks.

Hi Denise. Try calling Centex to get the HOA number or one of your neighbors should be able to help.
