		<description>This is an eye opening post. It amazes/haunts me to find out how many people are scammed just because they do not perform their due diligence prior to acting. I have seen very educated people get scammed or almost pay for a service before I am able to stop them. Then when you add in the high stress and emotions involved with a foreclosure, the likelihood of a scam is magnified. Great post.</description>

I have read that banks may be holding back releasing the previously foreclosed inventory into the market....do you believe that to be correct and if so will that further depress home prices for the coming years (as the bulk of the foreclosed homes are sold off)?</description>
