I have Waste Pro and they left garbage cans out in the street rather than returning them to the driveways. Talk about the neighborhood looking bad. Also, they have not delivered a bin for recyclables. It was bound to happen sooner or later..And where else in the world do we pay our bills 18 months in advance..some we don't pay until we actually receive the service. they want to send me a bill, fine, but don't screw around with my mortgage escrow account..at least leave me some dignity to pay my own bills without taking the right to do so out of my hands. No say in who I can use, mandatory payment , and I can't even get my new trash company to exchange my trash container. I have contacted them 3 times...Oh , well, they have their money so customer service goes out the window. Look out county commissioners...there will be another election day coming. When I finally got ahold of someone in the office they told me they would pick it up next week. I told them I should receive credit because they did not pick up the garbage this week and they told me they were picking up 2 weeks worth the next week. I had stinking garbage around for 2 weeks, had to make sure dogs did not drag it all over the yard and neighborhood. When I fired their services they did not come and pick up their can and it has been there for over 1 1/2 years. This garbage service even after I fired them, the neighbors have been having problems since then. I also conveyed this to the Gwinnett Clean and Beautiful, they are DEAF. They got themselves in a bind by putting the contract out their when the citizens of Gwinnett County did not want what they are shoving down their throats. People should have the right to choose. The Robertson Garbage service has provided an excellent service in our neighbor for many years. I hate to loose their services. The clean and beautiful committee should have WASTE PRO for their garbage service provider and have them not picking up their garbage when holidays roll around or just because they might have broke down and don't have a truck to replace that one. Waste Pro office staff was not friendly or wanting to help the customer when I complained about them not picking up the garbage, they were down right nasty when I called. If they miss picking up my garbage I will be on the clean and beautiful committee office door step complaining.
