Good to see the Providence Group starting to sell again. I sold one of their homes two months ago at what appeared to be absolute bottom feeding pricing for the neighborhood. I know the owner and wish them the best of luck in future growth.

I’ve been watching the Providence Group’s community, Woodbridge Crossing. I have a friend who purchased there and was concerned that the community had so many vacant lots. I visited my friend last week and was pleased to new homes being built! It’s an absolutely beautiful community in a great location. It’s exciting that so many homes have sold this past month. Maybe we “are” turning the corner in Atlanta!
